Bitcoin ETF Flows Turn Net Positive For 2026
Bitcoin Retesting Key Level
Bitcoin prices are on watch ahead of the weekend as the futures market continues to correct lower from the week’s highs. BTC broke out above the $83,385 level on Monday, hitting its highest level since January. However, price is now fast approaching a retest of that level, and the big question is whether we’ll see that zone now holds as support, setting up a platform for a further push higher, or if we will break back under, potentially signalling a false breakout and resumed downside.
ETF Flows Turn Bullish for 2026
A firmly bullish shift in BTC ETF flows at the start of the week is an encouraging signal for bulls with ETFs recording their second largest ever single day net-inflows on Monday of almost $1 billion. Indeed, ETF flows have now turned positive for the year after a record breaking $4.6 billion surge over the last month. This shift in institutional positioning is a strong indicator that BTC is carving out a base and set for a fresh push higher. This looks especially convincing given that the recent rally has occurred despite a backdrop of rising Fed tightening expectations and a stronger Dollar. If BTC can old above the May highs, the stage looks well set for a fresh rally in coming months.
Technical Views
BTC
The breakout move above the $83,385 level has stalled for now with price now reversing lower. While that level holds as support, however, focus is on a continuation higher with $94,730 the next bull target. If we break back under $83,385, however focus will turn back to the $74,270 level as the next support to watch.
